Northampton House Overview

Among Utah reception centers, Northampton House features original vintage architecture, elegant venues, and gardens for wedding celebrations. The Somerset Room is a 19th century European style room flanked with fluted pilasters and old-world inlaid hardwood planking. It is beautifully decorated with Victorian antiques imported from France, period chandeliers, and mahogany chairs. A split cherry wood staircase complements the room and is perfect for ceremonies. The Courtyard Room is complete with antiqued walls, Medici style columns topped with urns and ivy and accented with granite. Old-world chandeliers and sconces give a romantic look and complete the ceiling trellis cascading with vines and white wisteria. The highlight of the room is the sweeping wrought iron staircase, perfect for ceremony entrances. The perfect environment for garden wedding receptions and social gatherings, the Gardens are surrounded by trees and flowers. Landscape features include benches, grape arbors, gazebos, architectural detailing, a grand balcony, and a famous rose arbor. This is an ideal spot to do your bridal photo shoot. Whichever location you choose, a perfect wedding is waiting for you at Northampton House.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,550 to $2,250 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $275 to 575. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr.
