Located just off the Broken Arrow Expressway & Highway 169, the Mike Fretz Event Center hosts a large amount of guests in a spacious facility with vast windows, loft-like ceilings, hardwood floors and a stage. Undergoing a 2.1 million dollar renovation in 2015, The Mike Fretz Event Center has become the paramount of modernization for any wedding built by the best. The facility operates as part of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, who built this modern facility available for the Tulsa community. At the Mike Fretz Event Center, they believe each event is unique because it is a reflection of your personality. Rental of this space includes use of a furnished outdoor patio with fireplace. Two bars are located inside the room and on the patio. Guests have access to the state-of-the-art catering kitchen with an open catering policy included in every rental. The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 for a ceremony and/or reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr. A refundable security deposit of 1,000 is required.Amenities And Requirements
