The views of Sugarloaf Mountain and the Potomac River will take your breath away, After a sweet ceremony you and your loved ones will be happy to enjoy cocktails on the patios and Waterfall Terrace. The Waterfall Terrace is a special site with tranquil sounds and a shimmering pond. This can be a beautiful space to host your evening reception as well, with a tent to maximize seated space. The Long Stable Gallery is another site suitable for small receptions or rehearsal dinner, lit with tin chandeliers this space is brimming with sweet romance. The Historic Barn is the largest reception space with room fro 275. This renovated barn features fun decor, a bar, and a dance floor. The rental fee ranges from $3,500 to $7,995 for a ceremony and reception and includes 9 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
