The rental fee ranges from $900 to $1,200 for a ceremony with reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The rental fee for a reception only wedding ranges from $3,100 to $5,500. The rental fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $1,800 to $2,600.
