*PLEASE NOTE, THE DORRIS RANCH BARN WILL BE CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS FROM JULY 1, 2019 THRU SEPTEMBER 30, 2019 AND WILL NOT BE TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR RENTALS DURING THIS TIME. THE VICTORIAN 1907 TOMSETH HOUSE WILL BE AVAILABLE. A great location makes for a great event and Dorris Ranch is a convenient and secluded venue. Ideal for weddings, the facility has options and amenities suited to your exact taste and style. The quaint setting makes the Tomseth House the ideal place to hold a wedding. The main rooms can accommodate up to 40 people inside and 75 additonal outside all in the lovely atmosphere of this renovated turn-of-the-century home. The exterior is as inviting as the interior, with the front porch overlooking 250 acres of filbert orchards and a nature preserve . You won’t believe that you're only two miles from the center of Springfield! Surrounded by open pastures and filbert orchard groves, the Dorris Ranch Barn is part of a historic farm right inside the city! The rustic setting and spacious natural grounds make the Dorris Ranch Barn perfect for your gathering and will be available for rentals till July 1, 2019. The rental fee ranges from $250 hr. to $2500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required.Amenities And Requirements
