The rental fee ranges from $1,095 to $3,500 for ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up. The set up fee ranges from $400 to $675 for the ceremony and there may be a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be purchased at a rate of $200/hour.
