Ella Sharp Museum Overview
The Ella Sharp Museum, an accredited museum of art, history and science, is ideal for your wedding celebration. Located just outside the city of Jackson, Michigan, the space offers something for everyone. The Grand Community Room is the perfect place for your large gathering. The 2,500-square-foot room comfortably seats up to 200 people. Huge, arched windows overlook a large, scenic patio and old-world log cabin built in 1864. Just imagine having expansive woods and a classic building in the backdrop of all of your photos. Guest access to the Galleries is offered to you free of charge and offers an additional activity to fill natural downtime. If you’re planning a small reception, Ella’s Granary is perfect for you. Original barn wood has been well maintained over the last century and offers too much charm to even describe. With high ceilings and large windows there is no shortage of natural light in this space. The large covered patio surrounded by beautiful flower gardens offers amble space for all of your guests. Keep this space in mind for your small reception, rehearsal dinner or upcoming bridal shower.Venue Notes
The Grand Community Room starts at $1,800 for up to 7 hours of event time. As a courtesy to you, we do not charge for day of set up or clean up. Table and chair rental is included in the price of the room as well as the cost of having a cash bar. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required 30 days prior to the event. Ella’s Granary can be rented for $100 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. Similar to the Grand Community Room, we do not charge for day of set up or clean up. Tables and chairs are included in the price of the room. The cost of a cash bar has already been figured into the cost of the room. For this space, a refundable security deposit of $75 is required 30 days prior to your event.Amenities And Requirements
