Facilities and Capacity The Hilton Tucson East recently completed an $11 million renovation including guests rooms, meeting and event space, lobby, restaurant, bar, and pool area. The hotel has 7 floors with 232 rooms in a beautiful glass atrium style lobby. The hotel offers complimentary parking with over 600 spaces. Our Rosewood Ballroom is 4,743 square feet, has 16' ceilings and elegant chandeliers to match every style and themed wedding. The ballroom seats up to 250 people with a dance floor, designed with air walls to size the room to your specific reception size. We also offer intimate event rooms that are perfect for small weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches of 40 guests or less. Services Offered We have two popular wedding packages that include many of the items a couple desires for their wedding. We also will personalize a package just for you based on your preferences. We offer award-winning menus from our talented Executive Chef, Virginia Wooters. She hails from Fox Restaurant Concepts and was the Executive Chef of Prep & Pastry as well as Commoner & Co. Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a $5,000 food and beverage minimum applied to events on Friday and Saturday nights. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $750. Events of less than 100 people may incur an additional service fee. Please inquire with the venue for more details.
