Located on the shores of Gravelly Lake in Lakewood, Washington, Lakewold Gardens is just minutes downtown Tacoma. Although this spectacular venue is near the hustle and bustle of the city, it feels worlds away. Lakewold is a premier garden estate created with formal and natural settings. On your wedding day, the gardens and Georgian style mansion will be available for you to use exclusively. The estate features a beautiful setting for your ceremony and reception that includes a brick walk, stunning gazebo, a quatrefoil pool, natural pathways with ponds, spiral staircase and a Wisteria covered terrace. Pledge your love surrounded by loved ones, rare and native plants, and State Champion trees. During cocktail hour your guests can mingle as they step back in time to an elegant past. Meanwhile you can enjoy a relaxing moment to contemplate the future of your new life together after your formal portraits. The rental fee is $7,250 for a reception and/or ceremony and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $750 is required. Venue booking also includes a 1 hour rehearsal, 1 day prior to event, as well as a 1 hour photography session. Please note venue is closed Monday through Friday.Amenities And Requirements

Requirements
- $75 fee for general liability insurance- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors only- BYO Alcohol option also available at $400 fee- BYO alcohol- Choose from a list for catering- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:30PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Outdoor music allowed for ceremony only- Smoking outside only- Wheelchair access limited
