Spencer Penn Centre Overview

The Spencer Penn Centre has freshly renovated spaces available to host a variety wedding events. The Lester Banquet Hall is an ideal venue for weddings and receptions, providing a versatile space as well as an elegant ambiance. This room is located in the historical 1927 wing and still has plaster walls, original hardwood floors and a duplicate of the original painted wood ceiling, with the old school lighting as well as recessed lighting. The Shackelford Courtyard adjoins the front entrance of the Lester Banquet Hall. It is a beautiful space for outdoor weddings. Knock-out roses bloom continuously throughout the spring and summer; large hydrangeas provide white blooms in summer which turn chartreuse in late summer and fall. Green Giant arborvitae screen the front of the property, adding a green backdrop for pictures. Smaller spaces are also available if you prefer a more intimate gathering.
