Venue Fee $3,000.00 Required to reserve the venue. Includes use of the property, setup, breakdown, and cleaning for your event. Cancellation Policy: Full refund of the venue fee will be issued for cancellations received no less than Sixty (60) days prior to event date. A partial refund of $1,500.00 will be issued for cancellations received no less than Thirty (30) days from the event date. Security Deposit $1,500.00 Required as a contingency for any property damage and/or additional labor. Security deposit will be refunded in full within Thirty (30) days of your event. Requirements
- Amplified music allowed outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Music must end by 10:00PM- No amplified music allowed- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations- • As per the City of Vero Beach noise ordinance, any loud music must be winding down by 9:30pm and turned off by 10:00pm. Violations of this ordinance will result in a fine per the COVB and you will be responsible for the amount
