Theater rentals are in 3-hour blocks and include a showing of any first run movie that they are playing at the time of rental. Appetizers, custom menu’s, casual and fine dining options are available. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage requirement applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The rental fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $930 to $2,000 and includes an extra hour of event time.
