The Terrace Loft encompasses the 24th floor of the hotel, featuring floor to ceiling windows (with blackout shades) offering surrounding views of the New York City skyline, The Empire State Building and their namesake, Bryant Park. The Terrace Loft features a beautiful outdoor space, hardwood floors with full marble bathroom and a separate powder room. There is an additional Loft space available on the 25th floor. The Cellar Bar is the hotel's 3,000 square foot, gothic, cavernous lounge, conveniently located one level above the screening room and right off the hotel lobby. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $2,000 for a reception and ceremony includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $333/hr.
