For a beautiful reception, the Oak Room is ideal with its elegant ambience and spectacular views. Throughout the planning process, the experienced and attentive staff at the club will help you every step of the away: customizing their wedding packages to suit your every need, helping you design the perfect menu, and making sure everything is flawless on your wedding day. Elgin Country Club is a romantic and classic place for you tie the knot and make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage requirement applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The rental fee for a wedding ceremony starts at $600 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional areas may be arranged, please inquire with the venue for more details. There is a 3% alcohol tax applied to all beverage. There is also a guest count minimum of 80 guests.
