From the small intimate ceremony to a huge tented reception at the base of the slopes, you will be swept away by the magic of the mountain. Combine the charm of a pretty gazebo with a wooded backdrop in a lakeside setting and you’ve got a quaint and memorable outdoor wedding! Or exchange your vows in Hidden Valley’s most popular ceremony location, The Patio at Lake George. Bordered by a garden of colorful flowers, the stone patio and wall provide a unique outdoor venue that will enhance the beauty and elegance of your special day. If you prefer, you may arrange for a tented reception on the scenic Lake George Lawn. For your reception, the Alpine Room is beautifully decorated with tulle and twinkle lights. Its main focal point is the floor-to-ceiling natural stone encased fireplace. The Clock Tower, a spacious, sun filled room, is surrounded by windows on three sides revealing a gorgeous view of the slopes and Lake George. You can also choose to host your wedding lakeside on an intimate wooden deck!

Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a 50 person guest minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is ranges from $500 to $1,850. Please inquire with the event coordinator to purchase additional hours.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Music must end by 2:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
