Peninsula Temple Sholom Overview

Located in Burlingame just outside of San Francisco, the Peninsula Temple Sholom not only offers a vibrant Reform Jewish community, but also a beautiful facility for hosting your big day! Offering several recently renovated spaces to choose from whether you are hosting an intimate affair or a grand bash, this venue is able to accommodate your every need. The lovely Sanctuary is perfect for saying your “I do’s,” offering personalized seating arrangements, clean contemporary architecture, and comfortable pews to give your guests the best experience possible! The Celebratory Courtyard is a wonderful open air space that is ideal for cocktail hour, but can also be utilized for more intimate, laid back receptions. Grand receptions can take place in the Lillian Byer Social Hall, a newly renovated space featuring elegant hardwood floors, towering ceilings that are uniquely engineered, and designer lighting to create a romantic ambiance. The expansive dance floor creates the ideal setting for dancing the night away and celebrating your union to the fullest!

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $950 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $750. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
