Enjoy sipping on expertly crafted cocktails and fine wines during the cobblestone courtyard cocktail hour. Imagine dancing the night away in a gorgeous ballroom, a unique circular space featuring sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding property from expansive bay windows that span from floor to ceiling. Lovely skylights in the center atrium provide an abundance of natural light that give the room a subtle glow. Eagle Creek Golf Club also offers alternative outdoor venues for an intimate reception. Work in collaboration with the Club’s Catering Manager to craft an event that not only suits your taste and style, but also creates everlasting memories that your guests will never forget!

Venue Notes

The site rental fee is $2,500 and includes a ceremony, cocktail hour and reception for a total of 5.5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The site fee also includes dance floor rental, Day of licensed wedding coordinator, standard floor-length linen, champagne toast a customized menu and floor plan. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $1,200. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all Saturday events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. All packages are customizable for your specific event needs.
