*NOW OFFERING ELOPEMENT & INTIMATE COCKTAIL RECEPTION PACKAGES. Typical 10 hour rental packages ranges vary from $7,200 to $8,250 for a Friday-Sunday event (and lower for Monday-Thursday) ceremony and reception and includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Rental rates include 25 (8ft) farm tables, 250 fruitwood folding chairs, a day-of on-site wedding coordinator, in-house DJ, two TABC certified bartenders.
