Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center Overview

Host an intimate gathering of friends and family, or a grand celebration at the Framingham wedding venue. From the moment your guests enter through the main lobby or the beautiful double grand staircase, they will experience the friendliness of the staff and the elegant surroundings. The Commons Room and Grand Ballroom create an intimate area for weddings up to 150 guests for dinner and dancing. The Promenade, complete with cream colored walls and intricate crown molding, is a perfect venue for your cocktail reception prior to entering the Grand Ballroom for dinner and dancing for weddings up to 300. For larger gatherings, you may choose the entire Grand Ballroom which accommodates weddings up to 500 seated guests with a dance floor. You may also choose to host your gathering in the outdoor space for your special ceremony on the patio during the warmer months. Sheraton Framingham Hotel offers the flexibility to plan the wedding of your dreams.

Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $750 and includes an extra half hour or $2,000 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. The first hour of the bar package is complimentary. Please note the prices here reflect the platinum package. Please inquire directly with the venue regarding different packages and budget options.
