Let your fairytale wedding come to life at The Enchanted Manor! Situated in a quiet and secluded area of Valley Village, The Enchanted Manor offers a classic country-style backdrop that creates a dreamy setting for the celebration of your happily-ever-after. From cascading waterfalls that spill onto rock formations to twinkling fairy lights on the surrounding trees, you will find whimsy and romance at every corner. Dance the night away on a spacious brick dancefloor under the soft glow of the moon, and mingle with your family and friends around the cozy roaring fire pits. However you choose to customize your wedding at The Enchanted Manor, you will be cloaked with a magical ambiance that you will remember for years to come. The rental fee ranges from $2,800 to $4,800 (depending on the amount of people) for a reception and ceremony and includes 5 hours of event time and 2 hours of set up. The fee for a ceremony only starts at $800. Over 40 people the cost is $1200.00 for 2 hours. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 for reception is required. A cleaning fee of $250 applies to events. One day event insurance is required. No live bands allowed. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- NO DJ allowed. We have a FABULOUS sound system. Use your iPhone to plug into our sound system- No amplified music allowed- No open flames allowed- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wheelchair access limited
