There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events and the rental fees are waived if minimums are met. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $0 to $500 with reception rental or $3,150 for a ceremony-only with no reception. Additional hours can be arranged based on additional bar fees. Please inquire for details. There is a 10% discount on food and beverage in July and August. Please inquire about additional discounts for smaller weddings.
