Rio Pinar Golf Club has been creating traditions for over 50 years. The charming ranch style clubhouse is the perfect location for your next event. Nestled in southeast Orlando this residential community is filled with tall pines, towering palms and majestic oak trees. Our beautiful ballroom can accommodate up to 175 guests for a seated dinner or up to 250 for a cocktail style reception. Featuring three chandeliers and floor to ceiling windows, the ballroom is perfect a wedding reception, birthday party, baby or bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, family reunion, fundraising event or holiday party. If you are looking for a much smaller event, such as a business meeting, a birthday dinner or a rehearsal dinner, we have a lovely boardroom that can accommodate a maximum of 22 guests for those more professional or intimate functions. Our Chef and culinary team have created menus that will delight you and your guest. You may choose from a wide selection of dinner and hors d’oeuvres choices, or you may select one of our excellent buffets. We can also create a menu for your special occasion. Our catering professionals will provide personal attention and ensure that every detail of your event is carried out to perfection.

Venue Notes

The Venue Rental fee is $250/hr for a reception. Includes staff, set up/break down, tables, chairs and dining ware. The Ceremony Fee is $450 with reception rental. Includes 1 Hour Ceremony on Grounds, Unity Table & white linen, 50 white chairs, Set up & Breakdown, Complimentary One Hour Rehearsal, Private On-Site Space for Bridal Party, Set-up 30 minutes prior to your ceremony start time & complimentary access to property locations for photography purposes (bridal party only). The cocktail Fee is $150. and includes a one hour room rental only, Set-up 30 minutes prior to your ceremony start time. A security deposit of $1000.00 is required or 20% of proposed invoice.
