The rental fee ranges from $3,500 to $6,750 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Security and a licensed bartender is only required for the full bar. There is an extra $250 clean up fee, a rehearsal fee on Fridays is included in the cost.Amenities And Requirements
