Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,000-2,000 for a reception and includes tables, chairs, house linen, dance floor, setup/teardown, staff. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events which varies based on the space utilized and time of year/day of week. The rental fee for a ceremony only is $2,000, and includes chairs. An additional fee applies for use of same space for ceremony and reception. A 13.5% liquor tax also applies to any alcohol served above general sales tax.
