The rental fee ranges from $500 to $2,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A food and beverage minimum is applied to all events. The fee to rent the Colonnade Ballroom for a wedding ceremony ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 and the fee to rent 24 Market for a 5wedding ceremony ranges from $500 to $1,000. If planning to use the Colonnade Ballroom for both ceremony and reception, it is required to rent Magnolia South for the cocktail hour. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee.
