Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,300 to $2,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $350 with reception rental or $600 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. Rental of indoor space includes use of outdoor space. Please inquire with the venue for Monday through Wednesday pricing. A $500 fee may apply for BYO catering.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors only- Approved outside caterer allowed- Beer and wine only- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
